1. Commercial Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial services provided by Sonia Sky Ltd (Contact Person: Ms Sonia Tariq, Address: 16 ARDSHEAL CLOSE WORTHING WEST SUSSEX BN14 7RP, Telephone: +44 7862603091) to business clients.
2. Scope of Services
Sonia Sky Ltd provides digital services including TikTok Shop onboarding, targeted advertising management, Shopify and WooCommerce support, and YouTube channel growth. Specific milestones, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Fees and Payments
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, ownership of bespoke ad copy, scripts, and custom digital deliverables transfers to the client. Sonia Sky Ltd retains rights to its pre-existing methodologies, proprietary templates, and operational workflows.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Sonia Sky Ltd's total aggregate liability arising under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
